Dogs are welcome at Dougstock, as long as they are well-behaved, socialised, and safe around people, other dogs, livestock, and wildlife.

To keep everyone safe and comfortable, all dogs must be kept on a lead or tied up at all times. Free-roaming dogs are not okay in the camping areas or festival grounds.

Owners are responsible for their dogs throughout the event, including cleaning up after them. Please don’t allow dogs to roam or toilet around the camping or festival areas. Bins are provided.

Please remember that Dougstock is also home to stock and native animals. We ask all dog owners to help us protect them, as any harm to animals will not be accepted.

Free camping is included in all subscriber pre-sale & early bird tickets. After that there is a nominal per-person charge to assist with rising costs.

Campers have access to toilets, water and extra lighting. Power is not supplied.

Yes. Dougstock is located in the middle of a large privately owned acreage property and is completely outdoors.

There are areas of shade/shelter provided, but we strongly suggest festival goers prepare for all types of weather and — being hills face — a strong possibility of wind.

Whilst every effort has been made to make Dougstock as accessible as possible, the rough, uneven terrain and remote nature of the festival means people with a disability should exercise caution when choosing to attend.

If you have any concerns regarding accessibility, please reach out prior to purchasing a ticket. We will do as much as reasonably possible to accommodate special needs.

That will depend on how early the fire ban season starts in SA. If similar to previous years, anything that could be a potential fire hazard will not be permitted. Electric hotplates/BBQs or safety-checked gas BBQs in good working order are fine. Please also support the food trucks on site.

Yes. Dougstock prioritises your safety and enjoyment. Familiarise yourself with the first aid marquee, security guards, merch tent or bar at the festival grounds for assistance. Identifiable 'crew' are stationed throughout the site. Zero tolerance for antisocial behaviour.

We strongly discourage vehicles moving in & out of the festival grounds unless necessary, due to safety.
Campsites will not be 'saved' so best to set up once & simply enjoy everything the festival has to offer all weekend!
